1. How long will it take to process my order?
All orders will be processed the day they are received. If an order is incomplete, we will contact you immediately for clarification.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
If the item is in stock, most items ship within 48 hours. Any special order items may take longer (most wait time is between 7 and 14 days). We will notify you of the ETA on your particular order. Please let HottyDog! know if your order is required for a special engagement on a particular date. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
3. How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped by either UPS or USPS. To expedite the process, please ensure that you include your street address on your order. Orders with a PO Box must be shipped USPS.
4. Is your on-line ordering process secure?
Absolutely! We employ the latest in technology to ensure that your information is 100% secure.
5. Do you guarantee your products?
At HottyDog! we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may within 15 days of your purchase call our customer service department to arrange for an exchange or refund. We ask that the item be returned in new condition and in its original packaging.
6. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal and personal checks. Any purchase paid for by a personal check will be shipped as soon as payment has cleared. We discourage sending cash payment in the mail.
7. Is HottyDog! really donating a percentage of all sales to animal rescue?
At Hottydog we are absolutely committed to helping animals in need, and you can be assured that a percentage of every sale will be allocated to a special savings account, and the proceeds distributed among the rescue organizations as designated by our customers.

9. What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If, within 15 days, you determine that you wish to return an item, contact our customer service department and arrange for an exchange or refund.We would ask that the garment be returned in new condition and in its original packaging.
10. Do I really have to measure my dog or can I just guess?
Its always best to measure, twice if you need to. There are no sizing standards in the doggie apparel industry so sizes vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. 11. Can I purchase a gift certificate?
HottyDog! is proud to offer gift certificates in $25, $50 and $100 increments. Give us all the details and we'll have a customized certificate delivered to the address of your choice.
12. Will HottyDog! ever offer their own brand of designer clothing?
HottyDog! is very excited about a new and unique line of dog coats that we will be unveiling in August of 2007 under the HottyDog! brand label. These quality hand-crafted in the USA coats will range in size from XXSmall through Big Dog sizes. These coats are unlike anything available in the marketplace, and we can hardly wait to share them with our customers!
